Meet Monique

Monique has been on her own since age 17 and became addicted to meth. She lost custody of her children and wound up in prison. Upon her release, she moved into the Oxford House in Sioux Falls, where she worked hard to get her two children back. Women are encouraged to live in the Oxford House for a year; which allows their children to count on a safe and stable environment, as their mothers reclaim their lives from the grip of addiction. See Monique’s story here.
