Rochelle Odenbrett is a member of the Emily’s Hope Board of Directors. Rochelle graduated from South Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science and later obtained an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, MN. She began her professional career as a laboratory tech and research tech at Johns Hopkins Hospital Health System, where she had progressive leadership roles, eventually serving as the Operations Administrator for the laboratories across the system. Rochelle and her husband relocated their family to South Dakota in March 2017, where she began the role of System Executive Director for Sanford Laboratories.
Rochelle Odenbrett’s community involvement spans multiple non-profit organizations. She serves on the board for the Brandon Valley band Parents and is the co-director for her daughter’s non-profit, Leo’s Legacy. She is a supporter of the laboratory profession, serving on both the Sanford Medical Laboratory Sciences Advisory Board and the SDSU Medical Laboratory Sciences Advisory Board. She enjoys volunteering in the community and within her church.
