Brooke Harms is a current member of the Emily’s Hope Board of Directors and lives in Sioux Falls with her family. She graduated from Doane University in Crete, NE with a bachelor’s degree in biology and attended law school at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, NE. She is an attorney with Ballard Spahr in Sioux Falls, practicing in the areas of corporate and business law and mergers and acquisitions. She also acts as outside general counsel to clients. Brooke also serves as a Board Member for Special Olympics of South Dakota.
