If you have any old or unwanted medications in your home, this weekend is a good time to get rid of them.
The nonprofit Emily’s Hope is partnering with Lewis stores to for Drug Take Back Day on Saturday, April 25.
All you have to do is gather the medications you don’t want anymore and drop them off at any Lewis store in Sioux Falls, including:
- Lewis Drug – 2901 S Minnesota Ave.
- Lewis Drug – 2700 W 12th St.
- Lewis Drug – 1301 E 10th St.
- Lewis Drug – 5500 W 41st St.
- Lewis Drug – 4409 E 26th St.
- Lewis Drug – 6109 S Louise Ave.
- Lewis Drug – 2525 S Ellis Road
- Lewis Drug – 5830 E Madison St.
Emily’s Hope will also be on hand, offering free naloxone and other resources.
Several law enforcement agencies in the KELOLAND area are also holding take-back events, Sioux Falls, Rapid City, and Brookings Police.
Drug Take Back Day is aimed at keeping unused medications out of the wrong hands.
