SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Hundreds of bikers are expected to come together this weekend to help support a Sioux Falls non-profit.
This will be the 8th time that Emily’s Hope will host its annual poker run. One of the riders at this year’s event is Vicky Perreault. She lost her son, Joseph, to fentanyl poisoning in 2023.
“He was the average kid growing up, loved to be outside, all into, skateboarding, skiing and biking, all kinds of stuff,” Perreault said.
Perreault has been involved with Emily’s Hope for about three years, taking part in the non-profit’s monthly support groups.
