Angela Kennecke spoke to high school students at Pipestone Area Schools (PAS) Friday, May 12, about the fentanyl overdose that took the life of her daughter, Emily, in 2018 at the age of 21, and her efforts since then to increase awareness, promote prevention and end the stigma of addiction.
“I’m here today to hopefully save some lives and to help you all make good choices,” she told the students.
