Naloxone kits available free at Sturgis Armory during 86th motorcycle rally

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) – Two organizations are distributing free naloxone kits at the Sturgis Armory during the 86th annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, which draws hundreds of thousands of visitors to the Black Hills each year.
