Youth Prevention Coalition Program Manager
Courtney Hardie is the Youth Prevention Coalition Program Manager at Emily’s Hope, working with community leaders to implement evidence-based strategies to prevent youth substance use in Sioux Falls.
Her connection to Emily’s Hope began after her time at KELOLAND Media Group, where she worked closely with current leadership. She soon became a dedicated volunteer, supporting events like the Art Show & Auction and Poker Run.
Courtney holds a BA in Fine Arts with a minor in Business Entrepreneurship from Augustana University. With experience in for-profit administration, non-profit management, and over a decade in the service industry, she brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, community engagement, and people-centered leadership.
In her free time, Courtney runs her own art business, Hardie Arts, and volunteers with other nonprofits supporting youth. Guided by empathy, she is passionate about creating a future where fewer young people are affected by substance use.
