Post-Overdose Response Team Program Manager
Diana Leal is Emily’s Hope’s Post-Overdose Response Team Program Manager.
Her connection to Emily’s Hope began in graduate school while working on a substance use disorder and maternal health grant at a local university. The mission of Emily’s Hope quickly became near and dear to her heart and influenced a passion for helping families affected by substance use disorder while simultaneously hoping to help end the stigma.
Diana earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Public Health degrees from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion.
Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Diana quickly fell in love with the Midwest and plans to stay in Sioux Falls long term. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying new hobbies, and learning new things.
