Taryn Sietsema

Director of Programs and Grants Management

As Director of Programs and Grants Management, Taryn is responsible for driving the Emily’s Hope mission forward by overseeing critical programs, including the Emily’s Hope Post-Overdose Response Program. Taryn also manages grants, cultivates relationships with stakeholders, and ensures seamless operation and growth of organizational programs. 

Taryn has an extensive background in the non-profit sector, which includes 24 years of experience in community behavioral healthcare, child welfare, and the court system in roles as executive director, operations manager, director of development, and director of community relations. 

As a committee member of the Emily’s Hope Art Show & Auction, Taryn developed a deep connection to the mission of Emily’s Hope. Taryn is very passionate about ending the opioid epidemic through awareness, treatment, and education.
