PORT Referral

The Emily’s Hope Post-Overdose Response Team (PORT) is a free program designed to follow up with individuals who’ve recently experienced an overdose.

A peer support specialist will respond within 48 hours to offer:

• Resources for treatment or other needs
• A naloxone (NARCAN®) kit and training
• In-person or virtual counseling/guidance
• Continued follow-up support for a year
