The Emily’s Hope Post-Overdose Response Team (PORT) is a free program designed to follow up with individuals who’ve recently experienced an overdose.
A peer support specialist will respond within 48 hours to offer:
- Resources for treatment or other needs
- A naloxone (Narcan) kit and training
- In-person or virtual counseling/guidance
- Continued follow-up support for a year
