Emily’s Hope Cruise Night Returns to Autoland TONIGHT to Celebrate Cars and Community for a Cause

Autoland of Sioux Falls is welcoming the return of Emily’s Hope Car Cruise Night tonight, on Wednesday, July 16, starting at 5 p.m. The event will take place at 2500 N. Maple Lane in Sioux Falls. This family-friendly event invites car enthusiasts from across the region to showcase vehicles of all ages, from classics and hot rods to custom builds and daily drivers, while supporting a powerful cause.

Attendees can enjoy live music from Mogen’s Heroes, take advantage of a $5 meal deal that includes a burger or hot dog, chips, and a drink, and get a treat from the Street Sweets food truck!  The evening will also feature a 50/50 raffle, a coloring contest for kids, and of course, a stunning lineup of vehicles for all to admire. The Great Plains Street Rodders’ members bring out their vehicles and anyone with a classic or cool car is welcome to show it off!

In honor of Emily’s artistic spirit, art students from O’Gorman High School will be re-painting the Volkswagen Beetle on the morning of the event. The painted vehicle, graciously provided by Autoland owner Brad Dumdie, will be on display that night and will be used throughout the year at Emily’s Hope events to raise awareness and spark meaningful conversations about substance use disorder.

“We’re excited to host Cruise Night again this year and support the incredible work of Emily’s Hope,” said Karen Dumdie, Marketing Director and Co-Owner of Autoland. “It’s more than just a car show—it’s a way to bring our community together and drive change.”

100% of the proceeds and donations from this event will benefit Emily’s Hope, a nonprofit dedicated to removing the stigma of substance use disorder through education, awareness, and support for recovery.

“Cruise Night is about more than cars; it’s about connection, community, and carrying Emily’s legacy forward in a way that sparks hope and action,” said Angela Kennecke, founder of Emily’s Hope. “We’re incredibly thankful to Autoland and everyone who shows up to help us drive awareness and save lives.”

Come cruise with us on Wednesday, July 16, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Autoland. Whether you’re a car lover, a supporter of mental health and recovery, or simply looking for a great evening out, there’s something here for everyone.
