Heather Stang
Heather Stang, MA, C-IAYT, is the Mindfulness & Grief Institute’s founder, author of “Mindfulness & Grief,” and a certified yoga therapist with a master’s in thanatology. Her journey began during high-stress times, leading a web development company. Her dedication to mindfulness led to serving others, from suicide/crisis hotline work to post-Katrina volunteering. Heather contributes to several renowned organizations in grief and bereavement fields, including Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS).
