Emily’s Hope, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) national nonprofit charity incorporated in 2019. Emily’s Hope was incorporated within the State of South Dakota and is dedicated to removing the stigma of substance use disorder through awareness, education, and prevention; and removing financial barriers for treatment and recovery.
Emily’s Hope received its designation from the IRS as a charitable corporation in 2019.

Donor Policy
Emily’s Hope does not accept contributions or support from any source directly responsible for the creation or perpetuation of the addiction fatality crisis, without a specific, sincere and public acknowledgment of their role in the crisis, their commitment to preventing further escalation of the crisis within and outside of the United States, and their affirmative support to immediately engage in other efforts to Stop the Addiction Fatality Epidemic.
Emily’s Hope is eager to collaborate with and support other organizations attempting to Stop the Addiction Fatality Epidemic. However, we are reluctant to work with organizations that receive funding from a source associated with causing the opioid epidemic, as described above.
