LOS ANGELES – The entertainment industry is left shocked and saddened by the sudden passing of actor Angus Cloud, best known for his standout role as Fezco “Fez” O’Neill on the hit HBO series ‘Euphoria.’ While details surrounding his death are still emerging, the 911 call reveals that the 25-year-old star may have died from a drug overdose.

According to TMZ, during the distressing 911 call, Cloud’s mother reported a “possible overdose” and said that her son was unresponsive.

A source close to the family told TMZ that Angus had been grappling with severe suicidal thoughts following the recent loss of his father. Just last week, the actor returned from Ireland, where he laid his father to rest.

Cloud had posted a picture of his father on his Instagram page saying, “”miss u breh.”

While Cloud’s publicist says the cause of death is unknown at this time, a man who claims to have worked for Cloud posted on Twitter that the actor struggled with substance use disorder after completing rehab two years ago.

The impact of drug-related deaths in America is alarming, and celebrities are not immune to the devastating effects of substance abuse. Emily’s Hope has recently reported on several celebrity deaths, including the grandson of Robert De Niro, Coolio and Adam Rich.
